What you’ll do
- Assist with approved personal-care and homemaking tasks
- Support health, safety, choice, and everyday routines
- Follow the person-centered service plan and assigned scope
- Complete accurate visit documentation
- Report concerns through the appropriate supervisory pathway
What this role requires
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to complete Arizona program-required screening and training
- Dependable attendance, communication, and documentation
- Respect for individual choice, privacy, and cultural preferences
- Physical ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodation
Helpful experience
- Attendant care, direct care, home care, or family-care experience
- Current CPR and first aid
- Direct Care Worker training or related experience
