References to we, us, and our mean The Caring Heart in Texas and Our Caring Heart in Arizona, as relevant to your inquiry. Care requests may also include the person's name and age range, requested services, support preferences, availability, desired start date, budget or funding preferences, and optional comments.

Please provide only information needed for your inquiry. Do not include Social Security numbers, medical records, insurance identification numbers, or payment details in initial inquiry forms. If you provide information about someone else, please make sure you have permission or authority to do so.

If you use a résumé-assisted application feature, the résumé and information extracted from it are processed to help complete the application fields. Review the extracted information before continuing.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss services and availability, understand your requested support, coordinate follow-up with the appropriate office, and manage care requests. Facebook and Instagram forms

When you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides us with the contact details and answers you submit so we can respond to your request. Some contact fields may be filled from your profile; please review them before submitting. Meta also handles information under its own privacy policy and platform terms.

Website storage and advertising measurement

Our website uses browser storage for preferences, campaign references, and measurement choices. Hosting and other technology providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, referral information, and request times to deliver and protect their services.

The website includes an OpenAI advertising-measurement tool and presents an Allow measurement or Decline choice. When measurement is allowed, a successful care-request submission can send a lead-created event with a generated event identifier. Our website's custom measurement event does not include your name, phone number, email address, or care-form answers. The measurement software may load before you make a choice, with measurement consent set to denied until you allow it.

You can decline measurement in the banner. To revisit a saved choice, clear this website's stored data in your browser and reload the site; this also clears other saved site preferences. Your browser may offer additional controls for cookies and site storage.

Service providers and other disclosures

Information is handled by the staff and service providers involved in responding to your request and operating the website. The care-request system uses Cloudflare hosting and database services and SendGrid email services to store requests and send staff notifications and confirmations. Notifications can include the information needed to follow up on your request.

The ZIP-code lookup sends the ZIP code entered to a location-lookup provider to identify the city and state. When résumé extraction is used, the uploaded file is sent to OpenAI for that processing. Third-party websites and platforms have their own privacy practices.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or when needed to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. This policy does not grant permission for unrelated marketing communications.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask us to update your contact details or change how we follow up. If you agree to text communications, message and data rates may apply; you can reply STOP to opt out. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
