What you’ll do
- Complete safe, on-time pickups and drop-offs
- Assist riders according to the transportation plan
- Perform pre-trip checks and keep the vehicle presentable
- Communicate delays, concerns, and completed handoffs
- Protect rider privacy and follow safety procedures
What this role requires
- Valid driver’s license for the role and location
- Acceptable driving history and required screening
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Comfort using navigation and mobile communication tools
- Ability to assist riders as described in the assignment
Helpful experience
- Passenger, medical, school, senior, or disability transportation experience
- Defensive-driving or passenger-assistance training
- Experience with mobility devices
