What you’ll do
- Follow the individualized care plan and document completed support
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned
- Prepare simple meals and support light household routines
- Observe and report changes or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain privacy, dignity, and professional boundaries
What this role requires
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable attendance and communication
- Ability to complete required screening and role-specific training
- Physical ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodation
Helpful experience
- Caregiving, home care, facility, or family-care experience
- CPR/first-aid or related training
- Bilingual communication skills
