What you’ll do

  • Provide person-centered support aligned with an approved plan
  • Teach and reinforce daily-living and community skills
  • Support safe participation in appointments and activities
  • Complete timely notes and incident reporting
  • Communicate professionally with families and the support team

What this role requires

  • At least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to complete background and program-required screening
  • Calm, respectful response to behavioral or communication needs
  • Reliable transportation when required by the assignment

Helpful experience

  • DSP, habilitation, respite, behavioral-support, or caregiving experience
  • Experience supporting developmental disabilities
  • Current CPR/first-aid or prevention-and-support training
